Biography

Kyle Wood began his legal career as an assistant district attorney in Suffolk County where he prosecuted major felony offenses. Mr. Wood then worked as a law clerk for the Hon. William H. Pauley III in the Southern District of New York. In 2007, Mr. Wood joined the U.S. Army JAG Corps, serving as a captain in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He was later hired as a principal assistant county attorney in Suffolk County where he defended Suffolk County in all aspects of federal civil rights litigation. In 2019, Mr. Wood joined Reynolds, Caronia, Gianelli and La Pinta as an associate where he practices criminal defense and federal civil rights litigation
